使用 xampp， 怎么将apache 启动都失败
后来使用了 cmd 命令 查看显示
E:\xampp>apache_start.bat

在网上查询后，使用 ： netstat -abn ，查询结果是 mspm.exe 占用的，在windows进程管理器中，将那进程杀掉后 ，启动起来了，嘿！
